"My Gratitude & Sincere Thanks"

I am writing in an effort to share my extraordinary experience with Dungarvin Ohio and their staff.  So often only the negative is brought to our attention while the positive is ignored.  It is my hope that this letter can make a difference and allow others to benefit from Dungarvin, its staff and all they have to offer.

In 2001, I began my search for an agency to provide services for my son who has Down’s Syndrome.  After interviewing Dungarvin, along with two other agencies, I was confident that Dungarvin would be the best choice.  I could see and feel their sincerity from our first meeting.  At that time, my son was very shy, had no self confidence and required support in all of his daily tasks.  Today, after six years with Dungarvin, Jason has developed into a very independent, outgoing, and extremely well-functioning young man.  I truly believe it was due to the consistent long-term staff, quality of care and extreme professionalism that allowed my son to become this man.  Their commitment to my son has exceeded my expectations.  I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and sincere thanks.
