1. Why do you have a passion for this work?

I love this work because it lines up with my degree in Education. I was a Special Ed teacher before this, and I have a daughter who has special needs now as an adult.

2. What would you most like to see happen in your state to better serve people with disabilities?

In my state, I would like the programs to grow and include work options and trainings for more of the individuals we support.

3. Who are your heroes in life and why?

My father and Budda.

4. What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Getting my degree at a later age.

5. What do you most value about the Dungarvin team with whom you work?

The sense of teamwork I feel.
